Bath Bus Company operate several Open Top Tours around Bath using these very impressive vehicles... here are 5 photographed from a day trip to Bath.

Operations in Devon and Cornwall

A few photos from the Country Bus operation in Devon - operated by Alansway. They tend to operate services tendered by Devon CC such as those recently given up by First. However, they do operate 5 commercial services and other routes. The fleet seems to be a mix of new and old buses.

Western Greyhound have since taken over DAC's bus operations in and around Liskeard.

Photos from the Faresaver operation in Bath. It seems to be operated predominantly by minibuses, competing with First on some routes (such as route 14), while also introducing some other routes. The appearance of the buses could be better with regard to destination displays and the like.

Operating out of Bude, North Cornwall. Used to operate bus routes, but now mainly coaches are operated.

North Dorset Community Accessible Transport - NORDCAT - the county owned operator that runs bus services all over Dorset in the more rural areas or routes that are infrequent. Photos of a few of their buses from operations in Wimborne.

Photos from the Plymouth Citybus operation. I managed to get to Plymouth in the summer of 2009 and documented many of their operations although I didn't manage to photograph anywhere near the whole fleet (everything looks the same and you don't know if you've already got it!). Anyway, this should give a good introduction to PCB. Also includes a Dart in Liskeard, back when PCB used to operate the 77, and an MPD at the Stokes Bay rally.

Riverlink operate 2 services in Devon - the 100 connecting Totnes with Paignton, with the 25 which is a Paignton town service. The company operates a variety of second hand buses - I managed to photograph two in Totnes.

Sureline operate in Weymouth and Portland, using mainly a fleet of second hand Dennis Darts and Mercedes Minibuses on various services. I ignored the company back in 2004, but decided to grab some photos on my latest trip to Weymouth.

Tally Ho! are based at Kingsbridge, in the South Hams, Devon. The company operates a number of Kingsbridge town services, Park & Ride for Salcombe and Dartmouth, and route 164 which connects Totnes and Kingsbridge. The company operates a variety of older minibuses and new low floor single deckers.

Photos from Tellings Golden Millar. Although based in and around London predominantly, they spent a couple of years down South operating the X27 and now presently operate the Hovertravel Hoverbus. Photographs will appear in this mini collection.

Operations in North Cornwall and Devon

Photos from a very tidy Wessex Connect operation. The company seems to mainly serve Bristol, operating the two main Park & Ride routes, but has recently introduced a new University contract competing with the bendy buses on First's route 18 in Bath, along with running some other service such as the 20A/C. A company that seems to be growing and growing - definately on the up.

This collection now contains all of my Western Greyhound photos. The change was made because I only get the area about once a year, and the collection hadn't been updated in a while. This collection will now be found in Southern England bus fleets. In the future I may expand the collection again, but that really depends on my level of photographs.

Wightbus are operated by the IoW council and operate routes intertwined with Southern Vectis' network. Wightbus usually operate the routes that are not commercially viable, but have a sizeable fleet of interesting buses. I have got more pictures than these of Wightbus, but I don't know where they are. Sorry!
